The more photos, the better! We encourage you to provide multiple clear, high-quality photos so Mateo can get a sense of your animal's personality, unique features, and the details that make them special. Feel free to include a little about their personality, favorite things, or anything else that makes them them.
For the best results, choose photos that are clear, well-lit, and show your animal's face and features in good detail. Multiple photos are especially helpful when they show different angles or details.

Each finished portrait is carefully protected and packaged so it arrives safely at your door. Artwork is shipped unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that fits your style and space.

Shipping & Care
Online orders are carefully packaged with protective materials and shipped flat to help prevent bending or damage during transit. Shipping included for U.S. orders!
All artwork is shipped unframed. For long-term protection, we recommend displaying your portrait in a frame with glass or acrylic and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity.

Once your order is placed and your reference photos have been received, Mateo will begin creating your portrait. Because every piece is drawn individually by hand, please allow the estimated production time listed at checkout.
